Register your team for The StreetFest Ribfest!

Entry Fees:
$100 for Ribfest All Groups (individuals) - Saturday July 26th, 2025

• Sign another team and take $15.00 off your entry (Maximum of one (1) extra team per business or group for the discount.) 
• Sign up before July 7, 2025 and get $10.00 off.

Side Dish Competition- Optional:  1st place trophy- We sell up to 400 tickets for amount needed purposes.

• Rib Competition:
  • Maximum of six-person team
  • 15’X20’ cooking space and preparation table will be provided
  • Cook by any method: Gas, wood, Charcoal 
  • Brainerd Jaycees will supply each team with ribs 10-14 slabs
  • Rib preparation will be held Friday, July 25, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. located on Front Street where Ribfest is held.
  • Brine containers must be maximum container size of 30”x18”x16”
  • Rib teams may begin their set-up at 8:00 am July 26, 2025 on Front St. between 6th & 7th  
  • If a team is unable to prepare on Friday, July 25, 2025, the team may prepare on Saturday July 26, 2025.
  • All teams must have all meat prepared and cooked by 5:30 p.m. on Saturday July 26, 2025.
  • Ribs will be judged by event patrons from 6:00 p.m. until the food is gone on Saturday July 26, 2025.
